Overview

Jayne is a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has a wealth of human resource experience gained from consultancy work, from employment in small and large organisations and from University lecturing.

Consultancy experience

Jayne provides a complete range of human resource consultancy and training. Normally, a health check is carried out to establish the effectiveness of current systems and the level of compliance with legislative requirements. Subsequent consultancy work and training, should they be necessary, will depend on the findings from the health check.

University lecturing

Jayne has lectured on the Human Resource element within the Certificate of Health Service Management Diploma, a post graduate qualification for Health Service professionals.

Group 4 Security

Providing the full range of Personnel activities and services throughout the North West of England, with particular emphasis on recruitment of all staff including technical, sales and senior management.

South Manchester and Stockport Health Authorities

A generalist role with emphasis on manpower planning, establishment control, recruitment and selection and industrial relations. A major role in the development and introduction of all Personnel policies and procedures within the Hospitals. Implementation of new personnel and payroll computer system linked to establishment control and financial budgeting.
