through our preferred associates and partner organisations, coaching and training
is provided, such as for management skills development. Hawkstone is listed
with several Learning and Skills Councils, Employment
Agencies, Chambers of Commerce and Business Links across the United Kingdom. In pursuance of
continual
improvement of customer service, Hawkstone has implemented a Quality
Management System which is designed to meet the requirements ISO 9001. This
Management System covers sales activities through to consultancy delivery,
project appraisal and invoicing. It covers all the consultancy services
provided by Hawkstone whether they are carried out by employed or associate
consultants. Expertise
Hawkstone has a range of consultants and trainers, operating from its office in Hale, Cheshire. All consultants are suitably experienced and qualified for the particular activities assigned to them. For example, Hawkstone has qualified assessors for both ISO9001:2008 and "Investors in People". One of the consultant/trainers is also a Member of the Institute of Personnel Development.
