| Hawkstone Consulting helped Brandford Document Services to achieve their ISO 9001:2000 registration in May 2002, covering the storage and retrieval of client documents. The whole project, from the start through to successful 3rd party registration with UKAS certification body Centre for Assessment, took just over four months. Following
the project, Stan Rice, Brandford's Project Manager, completed and returned a post project questionnaire.
